Performance:

1.Automatic feeding, PLC control system for showing the grooving blade and belt position

2.Automatic edge correcting, and it use the correction of rubber which is wear-proof  to ensure the stability of correction, and also improve the accuracy ,meanwhile, it is easy to operate ,and improve the security greatly.

3.The precision of machine is reach to 0.01mm.

4.To use the pressure gauge for testing when you install the blade, and enhance the speed of adjusting the blade.

5.All tool crossbeams can be moved out so that you replace the knife holder and also avoid to scratch the surface of roller.

6.Automatically clear the waste with using the tool combination of suction and channel, which transfer the waste to the collection automatically ,and it solve the problem of artificial waste, also greatly improve the capacity
